The Company was founded in 1948 by Late Shri MoolChand Jain. It has, since, grown many folds in the past five decades. He started manufacturing Bidi Cigarettes from his home.

Soon his elder son, Mr. Sunderlal Jain (Currently the Managing Director), joined him and expanded the business. As a result of their hard work and dedication the company has grown many folds and has more than 5000 workers. The company is one of the largest manufacturers for Bidi Cigarettes. Last year the company produced 12 Billion Bidi Cigarettes.

The Company has more than 10 manufacturing facilities spread all over India and is managed by professionals engaged in this business for many decades.

Bidi Cigarettes are being exported to more than 122 countries. More than 700 Trillion Bidi Cigarettes are Smoked annually with the number increasing phenomenally every year.
